Return and Exchange Policy

Prior to your final purchase we will answer any questions and provide you with as much information as possible in regards to your purchase. If you are not happy with the actual product, please contact us by email within 3 days of receipt. In the event you choose to return or exchange your purchase:
- We charge 15% of the product price to cover initial expenses and will refund the remaining balance after receiving the product in original condition. 
- If you wish to exchange the product and the price of the replacement is the same, we will exchange your purchase with no extra charge.
- If you wish to change the product and the replacement is higher, the buyer is responsible for the difference.
- If you wish to exchange the product and the price of the replacement is lower, we charge 10% for initial expenses of the original product and refund the difference. 

● Returns Due to Damaged Products
When the product arrives please inspect it immediately, and if there is any damage contact us by email within 2 days of receipt. We will immediately claim DHL compensation to handle the situation. Please submit any necessary evidence through the procedure. The refund will be made as soon as it is completed.

● Cancellations and Returns of Orders
After confirming your order, we will prepare for shipping immediately and usually ship within a week. The sales contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation email from us. In the event of a cancellation or return without prior notice, the following fees will be applied:
- Within 48 hours of order completion → No fees
- If the product is returned in an unopened or unused state after it has been shipped → 10% of the product price
- If the product is returned after it has been opened or damaged → 20 to 100% of the product price (We will make our own judgment depending on the condition of the product.)

● Other Notes
- Refunds will be made in JP Yen using the same method as your original payment.
- When returning a purchase, you must use a traceable method for shipping.
- The longer it takes to return an item, the more likely it is that the item will be damaged during shipping. Therefore, we recommend choosing the fastest shipping method available when returning your purchase.
*Please note: the customer is responsible for all shipping costs in case of return/exchange.
